This is a nice writing LeBoeuf desk pen. There is no base.  Smooth writer with a nice medium nib. It has nice color but there are 2 dark bands on the pen, The discoloration looks far worst in the photos that it appears when you have the pen in front of you. The photo lights really exaggerate the dark spots on the pen. Again, please remember that there is no base.

Trupoint fountain pen that was made in the USA in the 1930s. Trupoint was the lower line for Sears and Diamond Medal was their Premiere line. This pen has very wild coloring. It was made in 2 layers of celluloid. The outer layer is mostly transparent with some gold marbling and red streaks. The layer underneath is a snakeskin or checkerboard pattern.  This double layering of the celluloid reminds me of the moon and stars pens, but their outer layer was all transparent.

This is a great looking pen in near mint condition. The cap band has some paint loss where it is enameled. It is a decent writer, but not a great writer. Before I smoothed the nib, it wouldn't write at all, which is probably the reason for the conidtion, it wouldn't write so it didn't get used.

Diamond Point Pen Co. oversize fountain pen that was made in the USA in the 1920s. It is a lever fill  pen and it has been serviced and it is a good smooth writer. It is red [orange] hard rubber, not plastic. It has the early Diamond Point clip, not the later "NEW" Diamond Point clip.

Nice writing pen with a smooth nib. It is in very good condition, but it does have those tiny cracks where the clip goes into the cap. With red hard rubber pens, you almost have to expect some cracks. The black end cap on the barrel is threaded in and you can unscrew it if you want to do so.

Moore oversize fountain pen that was made in the USA in the 1930s. You would normally think that an oversize flattop pen was from the 1920s, but Moore was always a little behind everyone else and this pen is probably from around 1933. They called this color "Tiger-Eye" and it was not introduced until 1930. Plus if you will look at the clip, it is a 1930s clip that you usually find on the streamlined pens.  There is a crack in the cap.  I would rather sell it this way.  I do not believe in having cracks repaired, "fixed", glued or "filled"

This is a big pen in a hard to find color. The cap does have a crack , probably from someone overtightening the cap. It is a good smoth writer. Nice color.

Salz Brothers Conqueror fountain pen that was made in the USA in 1920s.  Conqueror was one of their lower lines of pens. I quickly recognized the clip design as Salz, then I checked on the name in a trademark guide and Conqueror is listed as one of Salz's trademarks.

This is a great pen. Smooth writer.   The small mark in the cap is a factory defect. Salz may have just pushed this pen out with the Conqueror clip because of the flaw.
