As this site has grown (it's now over 1,000 pages!), we
have tried to keep navigation as easy as possible. Little by
little we have created categories for each of the "major" fountain pen
manufacturers so you no longer have to look through page after page in
order to find a particular brand.
Larger pen companies have been sub-categorized by "model name".
For example: There is a main Parker fountain
pens page and also separate pages for Parker 51s,
Parker Vacumatics, & Parker
Duofolds. If you are looking for a
particular brand & don't see a category for it, look under
Misc. Brands.
Things like fountain pen nibs, group
lots of fountain pens
and
books related
to fountain pen collecting also have their own categories.
The glossary of pen related terms should be of help to those new to the
hobby and will also more thoroughly define some of the abbreviations
& acronyms commonly used on this site. We've also added brief
histories & photographs & additional information about various fountain
pen companies in our "pencyclopedia".
