If you find
the process of matching your watch
dial too confusing, you may prefer to send us your dial and let us
do the matching for you.
In order to do this you MUST remove the dial from your watch. Please
DO NOT send your entire watch through the mail. Most watch movements
will be "shook up" just enough during the shipping process to
require adjustment afterwards. If that's not enough to stop you,
remember that their is always a chance of loss or damage in the mail.
If you do not know how to remove the dial, PLEASE take it to someone
who does. Its' actually very simple but if you've never done it
before you do not want to make a mistake on a watch you plan on using.
Any local jeweler or watch repairman will be able to help you.
Another option might be a local antique shop owner or perhaps someone at
your local flea market or swap meet who buys or sells watches regularly.
When you send your old
dial, we'll match it up with a new one [assuming we I have it]. If we do
not have an exact match, we will email you with a possible alternative
for your approval.
If you are fairly
certain as to which dial you want but think there may be a dial in black
or a different style that you would prefer, send us a note with the
dial. Again, we will make sure that your alternate chooses will fit
correctly before you make your decision.
When sending your old
dial, you must include payment for the replacement dial. If you
send a dial without payment, it will not be returned until payment is
made. If we do not have a
replacement dial, we will deduct $4.00 from your payment for return
shipping & refund the balance to you with your original dial.
Of course, with so many
dials to choose from (currently more than 200 with many more to be
added), we realize that it will not always be possible to determine the
correct price "up front" - particularly if you are not even
sure which dials will fit your watch. In this event, you have two
choices.
