Placing
an order is easy. Simply click the ADD button next to the
item you wish to purchase and it will automatically be added to your
order. When you have finished shopping, choose CHECK OUT
from the navigation menus located at the bottom of most pages or click on our
shopping bag logo which is located at the bottom of every page. You can view your order any time by
choosing VIEW ORDER from the navigation menus.
Items may be added or removed at any time
before placing the final order. Many times customers will click
on the ADD button more than once. If this happens, more than
one of that item will appear in their cart when viewing the shopping
cart . Simply delete the unwanted items. This happens because
our shopping cart will not automatically take you to a VIEW CART or CHECK
OUT page every time you add an item. For this reason,
customers sometimes worry that their item has not been added.
Rest assured that it has. Personally, we feel it is annoying
to be constantly forced to the CHECK OUT while trying to continue
shopping so we simply set up our cart to NOT do it.
Once you've submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation
email containing all of the
information needed to complete your transaction. Please note
that shipping & insurance are included
in the purchase price for all orders shipped within the continental
U.S.

Payment is expected within 10 days
(18 for international orders) and may be made by personal check, money
order or Western
Union. All payments are to be
made in U.S. funds.
Paying by mail.
If your shipping address is different than that on your
check please include the correct shipping address with
payment. Packing is not done near the computers.
This also helps us avoid having to print out & store
100s of emails per week.

priced at $35.00 or less will be shipped in a dial tin and padded
envelope. |

All items are securely packed and boxed using professional packing
materials. Rest assured your package will arrive safely. We've
never lost one to damage yet. Items paid for by personal check or
any other method that must clear the bank may be held until
cleared. All others will be shipped within 24 hours. Packages are
shipped on a daily basis via US Postal Service Priority Mail -
unless you request otherwise.
All packages
shipped within the US will be insured for the full purchase price.
The
cost of insurance and shipping within the continental U.S. is included in the
purchase price on all items.

International orders are never a problem and we also understand
the special shipping & insurance that sometimes goes along with
these orders. However, if you request that a package be uninsured or
underinsured we can only do this at
your risk. We can not be responsible for the loss or damage
of any item shipped uninsured or underinsured.
Please include any special shipping instructions in the space
provided on the order form. We will contact you with shipping
costs based on your shipping & insurance preferences.

It is
very rare that an item will need to be returned. In nearly 15
years, we can literally count the number of times it's been requested
- less than once per
year. However, should the occasion arise, our customers can expect a full refund if
any item is not as described or if we fail to mention a flaw in our
description. If, for any reason, you need to return an item please contact
us within 3 days of receipt.
Items are to be returned in the same
condition and in the same manner in which they
were shipped. This means they are to be properly packed, boxed and
insured for full
purchase price. This is required for your
protection in the event that the carrier loses or damages the
package.
Please make sure to check the following:

You have
contacted us - we need to be alerted to the fact that a
package is expected & make plans to assure the package is
received in the event we are out of town. |

You have
securely packaged the item. |

You have
insured the package for full purchase price. |
 |
You have
shipped by a method that will allow for tracking in the event that
the package is lost or misdirected. |
Again, these
steps are for your
protection. It is the buyers responsibility to assure the
returned package is delivered to us safely. For obvious reasons,
we can not issue a refund for an item that we have not received.

As
stated previously, we've never had an item arrive at it's
destination damaged but we
have had a package arrive empty
(even though the shipping receipt showed it weighed over 5lbs when it left
the post office!).

in this condition or one that has
been damaged in transit please:
