Vintage J.W. Benson watch movement from the 1950s. 
Made in England.   It does run, but only for a few seconds.  The staff and the hairspring are good. the stem is rusty and it will not wind.  The movement is marked J.W. Benson London made in England 16 jewels.  If you have a stem and winding parts, you could fix this movement.  This is a repairable movement, not just a parts movement.
