P995

Vintage Reynolds ballpoint pen from the 1940s. This was the first ballpoint.  It is near mint but it does have a small vent hole in the side, which I don't think is original. It even has the removable cap which is almost always missing.  No dings or deep scratches.  All aluminum with a blue anodized finish. This is a classic ballpoint for you collection, but you will probably not be able to get it working.

Vintage Papermate ballpoint pen from the early 1950s. This is not their first model retractable, but one of the first. It has a black plastic barrel and a gold plated cap. There are some wear spots on the cap and clip, it is not a mint pen.  It works perfectly mechanically,  it just needs a new standard refill installed. Made in the USA.
