Waltham model 1857 vintage pocket watch movement that is signed
"Home Watch Co" made in 1867. It is 18 size and key wind/keyset. The
balance assembly is missing. The pallet fork is missing. 3 of the 4
jewels on the top plate are broken. The wheels are all there. The hour
wheel is still there. 3 of the 4 plate screws are missing. It takes
a "pinned" dial. Serial # 357,203. This movement would probably only be
good for parts.

Union Horlogere pocket watch movement made in the 1920s. I did a
quick look up of Union Horlogere on Google and it was established in
Glashutte by watch builders. They eventually used the Alpina name on
their watches. One of their factories [Aegler] was the one that made the
doctors movement for Gruen and Rolex and was also sold under the Alpina
name.
It is 42mm wide and is stem wind / nail set.
It is an open face movement.
The movement is marked "UH" on the back.
It has a good staff and hairspring. The balance swings. There is
something binding in the train, if you put a tiny bit of pressure on the
center wheel, the watch will run.
The dial is porcelain and has some fine hairlines. The hands are missing
but the arbor is there for the seconds hand.
You should be able to get this running with a little work.

Barrow
Fusee pocket watch movement. 42mm. It does not run. The balance seems
good but the retainer that held the end jewel in place is missing, so the
jewel moves with the staff. The balance bridge is dented, probably from
someone prying the movement out of a gold case. The chain is in place but
there is a few small rust spots, they may just be surface rust, but they
are there. There is some minor rust. This is a good parts movement. There
is a chance you can get it running, but I am selling it for parts.

Vintage 18 size hunting case movement that was sold by the Girard
Watch Co of Girard, Pennsylvania. It was made in Switzerland in the
1920s or 30s. It has a near mint porcelain dial. It is stem wind and
lever set. It has a good balance staff and hairspring. There are only 2
problems with this movement. It is missing the minute hand and when I
wound it up, the click isn't working, so it just winds right down. I
think if you fix the click on the mainspring barrel, it will probably
run. I don't know if the click is missing or broken [I think it may be
missing]. Very clean and near mint movement. I don't know how many of
these were sold out of Girard, I am guessing they came from a jewelry
store or a catalogue store located there.
