NYC . Monroe was the luxury line of pens made by Eclipse. They made medium
to high quality pens with a stepped end
design and nice colors. While Eclipse pens did not usually have a barrel
imprint or signed nibs, Monroe pens almost always did. The Monroe line was
sold from the late 20s to the mid 30s.
