 William Hoskins fountain pens

904-906 Chestnut St
Philadelphia, Pa

Hoskins was a stationer who sold high quality eyedropper fill fountain pens in the 1890s. Most of these pens appear to have been made by Wirt or Franklin.
I have not encountered any self filling Hoskins pens.
