St. Louis Mo.
This was primarily a jewelry manufacturer who decided to sell some fountain
pens. They had a unique lever which was pulled from the section end out. I
think most of their pens were sold during the 20s. Medium to high quality.
They had a nice logo with a large “E” and a carpenters square.
