Seth Chilton Crocker left the
original Crocker fountain pen company and started his own company
around 1903. He appears to have sold the company or more likely went
bankrupt and lost the company in a few years. By 1910 he was back in
Mass. In the 1920s it appears that he took control of the original
Crocker Pen Co. Seth Crocker pens continued to be made but they
don't appear to have been made by him.
