| All items are bubble wrapped and boxed (in many cases, double boxed). Rest assured your package will arrive safely. We've never lost one to damage yet. Items paid for by personal check or any other method that must clear the bank will be held until cleared. All others will be shipped within 24 hours. Packages are shipped on a daily basis via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We require that all packages shipped within the US be insured. Insurance price is INCLUDED in the shipping charge stated in the listing. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are never a problem and we also understand the special shipping & insurance that sometimes goes along with these orders. However, if you request that a package be uninsured or underinsured we can only do this at your risk. We can not be responsible for the loss or damage of any item shipped uninsured or underinsured. |

| We are completely aware of the fact that it can be difficult to buy an item without actually being able to physically examine it first. For this reason, you can always expect a fully disclosed description written with knowledge & experience. We make every effort to fully describe all items in detail. Our customers can expect a full refund if any item is not as described or if we fail to mention a flaw in our description. We stand behind every sale and promise YOUR complete satisfaction at all times.
In 15 years of mail orders, we can count on our fingers the number of items we have been requested to return. But, you never know. In the unlikely event that you feel the need to return an item please contact us IMMEDIATELY. The item is to be returned in the original condition, packed in the same secure manner and post marked no later than 3 days of receipt. Do not alter the item in any way. We once had a man keep an item for nearly 2 weeks, try to polish out something that was clearly stated in the description and then expect a refund when he was not able to get the item looking the way he wanted it. Under NO circumstances will we be able to refund your purchase price in a situation like this. In the event something arrives broken (never had it happen yet but we had one arrive empty that weighed over 5 lbs. when shipped) please keep all packaging, contact us immediately & whatever you do - DO NOT ship it back to us. The post office will not honor an insurance claim if the item has been sent through the postal system a second time. They must examine it exactly as it arrived to YOU. |
