A great example of an aerometric Esterbrook set in a great color. The box is a store display model, the lid bends in half and the set is then up and on an angle for good store display.  The instructions are in the box and state that this is their "Classic M2" pen and pencil.  Bladder seems good, but I can't guarantee a 60 year old bladder. Not returnable if inked.

Esterbrook fountain pen that was made in the USA in 1950s. It is a Safari model and is cartridge fill.  It is green colored plastic with a steel cap.  The pen is mint unused and comes in the original box with cartridges underneath. It has a 1555 nib and the nib unscrews just like the older model pens. Unused and untested.

Esterbrook fountain pen that was made in the USA in 1950s. It is grey colored plastic with a steel cap.  The pen is aerometric fill, you unscrew the barrel and squeeze the filler bar just like on a Parker 51. The original bladder is still good and the pen fills right up. It writes smooth.

P206 p206.jpg (39971 bytes)  2 Esterbrook pamphlets, 1957 and 1961 dealing with retirement and medical plans. 
These are from the estate of a retired engineer from the Esterbrook Pen Company. Excellent condition. Picture makes them appear age yellowed. They are not.
